I have a sign file I did in Partwizard. I would like to export it to something below. I need to have Magnetic signs made for our School Band.

Preferred Vector Formats: .AI or .EPS version 8 or earlier, .CDR version 10 or earlier, or Vector Based .WMF
Raster File Formats: .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, .PNG, .PSD, .TIF Note: Raster files should be 300dpi.

Help.

And you no longer have Part Wizard?

Kevin,

I still have it. Can I do it from there?

Frank,
Part Wizard can’t export a file. The only way I think you would be able, is to generate a SBP file then convert the part file to Dxf using Shopbots converter. After you have converted the file you will be able to open the converted dxf in another cad package edit the file then save to whatever you need.

Thanks Ryan, I'll try that.

Frank,
Send me the PW .ART via e-mail and I will give you an EPS.

Brady,
Thanks but I tried the conversion and then opened it in Cadkey. I was then able to save it as a .bmp file.

Thanks again and thanks Ryan.

Frank,
I can convert your .ART vectors to an EPS, AI or DXF. Just getting a BMP is easy ~ Do a PrtScr (print screen button on your keyboard), run MSPaint and paste it. No conversion tricks necessary.

Lots of good advice. Although I have never had occasion to use the raster filters in the Save As menu, I thought they might work for what you wanted. I tried both bmp and tiff and neither works. I assume the others do not work either. I wonder what the purpose of the filters is if they don't work?
