Made this plaque for guy at work who is retiring
Red Oak 13.75 X 20.75 inches (blocked company Logo at bottom)

I like it a lot. I was planning to do one for my father.

How did you paint the carvings?

Carlos, Glad you like it. Sealed the wood with coat of water based Varathane let dry then painted carvings with water based black acrylic paint let dry sanded and 2 more coats of Varathane.
