Regen blower after market parts

I have a 3 ½ hp regenerative blower, it is made by Gast, model R6335A-2 Serial number 1291. I plan on using it for my vacuum table. My problem is I only have the blower. I need a relief value and inline filter. My question is has anyone made their own filter using standard parts. I assume I am going to have to buy a new relief valve. Does anyone have any ideas?

Grainger carries Solberg vacuum filters and canisters as well as the relief valves that would work with your pump. The solberg filter canister is what came with my pump from shopbot.
