has anyone used inventor 9 with millwizzard. if so what file extension did you use and was there any problems.

Don,
You should be able to export your geometry as an STL or 3D DXF file. From there you can pull it right into MW and toolpath it. As long as you can import the geometry into MW, then you should have no issues machining it.

With Inventor you can export "Save copy as" from your model area a STL. If you are in the a drawing you can export "Save copy as" DXF. Using the options button will let you choose 2d or 3d.
