Here, where I live, in the back-to-back winters of 07-08 and 08-09 your fence would have been completely under snow and the moose and elk were walking over the fence like it wasn't there.

During the first snowstorm in Dec. where we got 36" of snow i was walking down the middle of the street past a young woman who lives down the block as she was trying to dig her car out and I said "so much for global warming huh?"

She said
"oh it's still here but it comes in cycles"......
some people will believe just about anything.
