I did 12 display cases 2 years ago for Mountain Dew, and just one week before the super bowl they need 3 more to look like they all were made at the same time. And once again Vcarve came through. They were made out of 3/4 MDF and a 2" ball nose bit. Then sanded till all fingers bled.
Painted and clear coated. The cut file for the texture took 4 and a half hours, but worth every second. At the super bowl they put footballs in them that artist had painted. I do not have photos yet of them.
