Is there an app for this?

I want a simple free photo app that will let me make round circles to hilite things in a photo. The old app i have lets me circle stuff but its free hand i want to make a round circle.

if it was a snake it would have bit me!!! I can't seem to increase the line thickness, any clue? thanks david

Use MicroSoft Word. Go to Insert\Picture\From File and select the picture to import. Once it is on the screen go to Tools\Customize\put a check mark next to "Drawing" which brings up the drawing tool box. Select circle and lasso your hole on your picture. Go to the Paint Bucket and select "No Fill" if the circle is a solid color and hides the object. This will leave a black line around your circle on your screen. If you want to make the line larger, Click on the line tool and select the line size. If you want to change the line color click on the paint brush "line color" and select the line color from the palette.

Select the 'line' tool and you will get a box with line thicknesses. Choose your thickness there and then go to the circle tool.
