Looking for a train project for my 2 year old grandson. Something fairly simple would be nice.

The shopbot makes very easy work of most of the "Thomas" style tracks, buildings, and cars. IMPORTANT...Make sure all parts are sanded, non-toxic paints used, no parts or any removable pieces that are a choking hazard, etc etc. etc.

I have the track specs (somewhere) for Brio style wooden track if you would like to make "standard" sections. I made quite a bit of it with a router table before I bought the SB, and none since! (wrong order don't you think?)
Anyhow I have the radius's for the curves, connector dimensions, etc.
