I just moved my machine to a new building, and it is all set up. It was running fine, 10+ hours of milling until I realized the bolt was sticking out too far on the aluminum rails and sheared off my proximity sensor. I removed it, and now I am having lost communication issues. I turned the sensors off, and my speed test was at 76.2% efficiency. Not sure what else to check. My machine isn't grounded, could this be the culprit?
I have also built a control station that houses a subpanel, my control box, the computer and switches for the vacuum table, d.c., and one for the control box. Lots of power wires running inside. Looks great, but could this be causing electrical interference?
Even with everything off, I am still loosing coordinates, and frequent sudden stops when running the machine in x or y.
Seems simple, but I have run through all my ideas, now I need some help!
