Limit Switches

Hello everyone, got a limit switch issue ! my stop lights on the shopbot panel indicates Stop (input) 1(blue), 2(green), 3(green) and 4(green)….. my limit switches are not stopping movement in either direction. And the limit switch lights stays lit all the time on the switches ? Any ideas what I should do ? thanks in advance! Chris: i have a PRS standard

Christian, they might be adjusted too far out. Move the switches closer to the bolt so they are 1 mm from each other. you can test them by holding a screwdriver up to the proximity switch. The red light should turn off. Also make sure you limits are turned on. type (VN) and make sure your limits are turned on. They should be NORMALLY CLOSED as well.

Have you just upgraded software? Make sure that you select and use settings for your exact machine. [U]tilities [R]eset load or clear
