I recall seeing this picture but cannot find it now so if you know what i'm describing or the person who posted it please let me know.

In this picture (I think in the indexer column, i looked no find)
it was a picture of an indexer that one of the guys had made that was a self contained indexer controlled by the shopbot software but was not attached to a table but had its own rails and carriage maybe 12" wide probably 6-8' long. If the creator or anyone knows what i'm talking about and has info please let me know i'm trying to help someone with some info. I spent the requisite 30 minutes looking myself so i don't feel bad asking for help, thanks

what-up,chuck? lol no thats not it but thanks for looking. It looked like it might have had 8020 extruded rails maybe 12" wide or so and looked like it was very professionally made. Its too bad we don't have some type of image gallery where you can do back and look at pictures. Things that i think aare interesting to me i try to copy the pics for future inspiration but then i can't find the darn pics.

It's kind of like when you save an assorted jar of nuts, bolts and screws because you KNOW you will need them eventually only to have to go to the store to buy new ones because you can't find the jar? OR AM I THE ONLY ONE THAT DOES THAT???
(I didn't think so...) thanks

Jack,
Simply by using the Google search feature for the Forum, and typing in "stand alone" I got this;
