Rear Y motor Skipping

Running PRT96 Std., J2, M2 or manual move motion My rear Y motor hangs up (skips back 1 to 2 teeth) when returning toward left as it passes (mid table), then hangs up again (usually less, sometimes returning none, half or all of the change) when returning from anywhere at about 2"-3" after changing direction... with too many variations to be consistent except for always hanging up moving left and passing min point of table.??? Help! and Many Thanks in advance.

Have you check the pinon gear to see if it is good and tight.

Gear is tight, track is intact. I do now remember one thing, that one of the wires in the cable to that motor puled loose lately. I re-secured it but probably hadn't run the carriage down past mid table till this week when I noticed this problem. This must be connected to this problem???

Thanks for the help. Chatted with Frank at SPB and he figures it's the wire that pulled loose. So I'll switch to my Aux. wire till I put my 4G board in.
