hi everybody ,

3d relief question ...whats the solution to cleaning up the edges or debris left over from a ball nose end mill , attached is a sample image...who is 3D relief king out here ...any help much appreciated..

different, image ..happens on all my 3d reliefs not sure it a stepover or a offset issue ..what an I missing...

just seems to be the nature of 3d cutting. not sure but with aspire if you can make a path go go around it and clean it up?

What you are seeing is common on 3D work. As Steve mentioned, some software allows creation of an additional toolpath to use a different bit for detail and cleanup. The following link shows how this is done in Aspire.
