My plastic "Brush" on my PRS dust foot has broken a bunch of Pieces off.

Anyone have a recommendation for replacing it with some strip brush.

Length? (old 3")
I cut mostly 3/4 melamine and I was thinking of 3 1/2 to 4"
Thickness?
Bristles diameter?

Anyone done this and have source?

Thanks, Bob

I got a couple of samples from Sealeze that works good The samples that I got was enough to replace mine on my old PR. They were at John Forney's camp last year. Their phone number is 800-787-7325

Carl - Mcmaster has too much! I though maybe someone had the specs of what worked for them.

Jerry - I just took a quick look at the Sealeze site. Do you know what the specs are of what you used?

I don't know the number but it does not need the channel to attach. The brush has it's own lip that you can screw through and is all plastic. Debra Baker was the rep that was there She may be able to tell you what the exact number is. Her Email is DBaker@sealeze.com (mailto:DBaker@sealeze.com)

Perhaps a local over-head door installer may be able to furnish you with what you want. That's where I got mine.

Why not use horse hair? Once it is removed from the horse, the horse won't mind.

I have used the horse hair from mcmaster it lasted most of a year i think not positive. then replaced it with the pastic and that sucked. it stayed bent so all the brushes got mashed down.

you don't want 3 or 4" I found they tend to get sucked up or trimmed off after awhile.
