MDF Doors

I was making some doors from MDF. I have made many before but changed my v bit parameters. I made a test cut and stayed with the result.
Not sure what caused the little design in the corner but I decided to stay with it. I am installing tomorrow I hope the customer likes it.

Thats a good one. My luck they would later on want some more doors with that same design in it.

Property manager thought they were little hearts. She wants them on the next set.

1789 Had to leave base install for maintenence guys. Had a serious water line leak. No extras paid no extras done. I don't mess with plumbing in commercial properties. Only bad things can come of it.

used a 4 stage turbine sprayer. Polyurethane paint.
