I recently recieved my shopbot and the y rail was lost by the carrier even though shopbot attaches everything to a pallet. Roadway I suppose decided to use the pallet for something else... Anyway, the shipping manager I guess(sorry I forgot his name) He was right on top of it and took care of everything. He also said he would send one overnight to replace it and sure enough less than 24 hrs later it was here in Arizona. Wow! I've not seen that type of service in a long time. I can't belive I dilly dallied for two years to buy a shopbot. But after searching for so long I know for a fact that it is the best value in a CNC available. Can you imagine what a 12' x 5 'x 24" cnc router could go for? $60,000 ? try $6,000. Unbeliveable. If I can just get the table built I can start making some airplanes
