Location of Vac Pump

Hi All I am in the process of moving my shop to larger digs with a fancy new office for me. Woo Hoo!
I upgraded my vacuum pump to a Becker VTL 250 I got a smoking deal on. The pump is a bit loud and actually has quite an annoying higher pitch sound than my old fuji.

I have an unheated outside room about 50" from the bot. What would the performance degradation be with 70' extra pipe?

You'll take a hit on CFM, but not on suction.
