Carl,
I have gone to Google Images and searched for pictures that I needed for an application. When you find one to use just copy / paste the image into [paint] and save it as a bitmap. Then you can import the bitmap into PW for tracing. There may be another easier way but this is one method that I have used.

mitch are you sure you don't have little elves with balls of wax in the shop making this for you? It looks so realistic.

Thanks guys
I could have been clearer on what I am looking for. I want a 2d cutout ,that can be painted or have a digital print applied.

If you just want 2D, you might want to check out some Christmas Dingbat fonts:

Kevin, How do you use the Dingbats? I downloaded a file but all I am able to do is view pictures. I can't seem to copy/paste any dingbats from the pictures. Do I need another program to use these files? I guess I am the dingbat for not knowing how to use these??? Thanks for your patience with a noobee.

you put the .ttf file in your fonts folder and type various letters and they come up in a text form
C:\WINDOWS\Fonts
Here is what they look like typed out. This is a SECRET coded message can you decypher it?

What Jack said. They are fonts. Just install them like any font, then use that font in your CAD program. The end result is "miniature" vector clip art. You can use them to cut profiles, v-carve or anything you can think of.
