Weird rounded corners

i'm routing some rounded corner rectangular stuff, one is 4"x13" w/ 1/2" rounded corners and when the router goes around 2 corners it makes a flat part, and then curves, it looks terrible, but the other 2 corners are beautiful. What is causing this? I don't think it's the artwork, it shows up fine in my computer and on the computer running the router

I don't have my new machine in yet so I can't help. I'll bet that somebody out here is willing to run your file since it's such a small part. That would rule out the software.

Did you just get your machine? I ask because of your registered date is this month.

a picture is worth a thousand words. If you have the cutting file and the original dxf or whatever you started with might be good to include to see if it is a vectors problem. Send them to me if you want. No guarantees i can fix it but who knows?

I just recently started working on the router, they have had it for nearly a year, but haven't really used it until I've gotten here, and I've only recently gotten time to learn it. I will send you a picture jack, thanks.

Gary, just a thought but it sounds like a wide tolerance setting in your art /cut file.
Check it out and maybe that will solve the pro0blem. It could certainly exhibit this type of behavior with a large tolerance.
