I have a Widgetworks vinyl drag knife bit that has done a great jog for me so far. I'm on the original blade so I'm pretty confident it should be switched out, since it has started tearing the vinyl. I have both 60º and 45º to swap out. The 45 is the standard for vinyl, and the 60 is for thicker materials, but what about thicker vinyl? We've printed and laminated a sheet of vinyl for a total of .007". Can I get a confirmation on sticking with the 45º blade?
