Automatic manual tool changes using Aspire

First sorry if this question has been answered a thousand times. I started my shopbot career using VCP and remember when I toolpathed any cut files I would always save the entire file as one large tool path file, regardless of using several different tools.
The shopbot control software running said files, would ask me during the file after each cut if "tool # whatever is in spindle and zeroed?" And then if I answered no asked if I wanted to move locations with keypad, then zero, etc.

When I try and save the file in aspire in the same manner it does not allow it because the tools are labeled as different numbers, obviously.

I would like to use the single files like I used to and utilize my saved memory positions/ off table zero block to speed things up a bit.

Anyone have thoughts? I'm using the shop bot arcs (inch) w/ speed PP.

You need to use a Post Processor that supports tool changing. The standard "ShopBot (arcs)(inch) (*.sbp)" one doesn't have a toolchange section in it.

If you use "Shopbot(inch)(Toolchange)w/speed(*.sbp)" that should do what you want. You can also use the "Shopbot TC(Inch)(*.sbp)" that is installed with each release of the SB3 software in c:\sbparts\partworksposts.

Make sure to check the "Output all visible toolpaths to one file" at the top of the form where you save the toolpaths in Aspire.
