Kids Seating System

Just sent a family home with this seating system fully fabricated at Southwest Human Development's ADAPT Shop (that's where I get to play, I mean work!).

They came in for an assessment last week, we took some measurements and made some design decisions to help the boy reach some developmental goals. They came back today and were able to leave with the chair after a couple of tweaks.

The Shopbot CNC does the heavy lifting on the wood frame and white foam seat. I cut the blue foam backrest on our laser cutter, and the yellow headrest is 3d printed with flexible filament. I love my job!
