Does any body have a list of Speed rates and bits that they might want to share for different kinds of substrates ..wood ,aluminum, PVC,Acrylic,Sintra, HDU, etc. These would be used for stating points.

Just starting up and need to attack this quickly so any info would help

There are a lot of posts on the forum that give good information on rpm, feed rates, cutters, etc. You might want to spend a few minutes using the 'search' button to see what has already been posted; then, if you have questions that need more specific answers, we'll all try to help.

Terry: Onsrud has already done this for you (us). Just use their catalog, and turn to that specific section. It is loaded with information. Also, a new catalog has just been released. You can order them from their website, which I don't happen to have in front of me at the moment.
I am sure a quick search will locate it for you.
We use it on almost every job we do, if for nothing more than confidence building.
