    Default Pineapple post

I had posted this in the Indexer forum , thought I would post here as well.

This is the top section of some newel posts. It's not my customer , just wondered if I could do it.

Very nice! How long have you had your indexer?

Mike , almost two years , I got it when I bought my new bot. PRS Alpha 60x96 x12" Z , two heads. Although I've had a shopbot for 9 years before that. No indexer on the old cable machines , I did put a lathe under it , but the mortors weren't strong enough to do much.

    Beautiful piece Stephen.
I always say when business picks up I would like an indexer.
Question?.....11 hours plus program time, is there a market for pieces such as this one?
What is this one cut from Stephen?

Thanks David. I did this one because someone over in the artcam forum asked if I could. They had a customer that was buying 5 ( I think) of these for a company in N.Carolina for almost 1K each. I thought "I want to be in on that". Like I said , "not my customer" but I would like to know I can do if the opportunity arises. Besides now that I have the model I can turn it into a pedistal table base or a table leg or a lamp if I have to.
