Brady - I'll be doing a "big boy" one later for the shop. Still debating whether or not to have it be 4-player (for games like Gauntlet, TMNT, etc...)
I will also be using a Wells Gardner arcade monitor. Oh, and a coin slot (Hey if the employees are going to play it, they gotta pay
)
I've already started collecting parts, most of the stuff is shipping from the UK. I'll post up when I start on the "real" one...

Just have the machine under lock & key...make them rent it by the hour like a pool table...take their license as collateral too!
