Jpg to Vector issues

I received a jpeg file from a designer that she needs cut out.
I did a bitmap trace
Problem is that it has so many open vectors that partworks can't calculate .
the tool paths
How can I make this work?
This is a new lead I'd like to impress with my Bot

depending on the content
There are probably 3 good choices:

use a different program to make the vectors
sometimes you can get a better result although automatic is rarely good

do them "by hand" using the Vectric Aspire or V carve interface

"job it out" to someone to create them for you - those of us who have graphics backgrounds are pretty fast - and you may not have time for the learning curve on doing them yourself

Some jpgs will never trace, some will trace, and some you might as well do by hand.
