Spindle info

Can you guys tell me if the spindle blows as much air down to the bit as the Porter Cable router. I am building a new dust shoe designed specifically for removal polyurethene foam dust and need to know if I need to incorporate an airflow redirector and can it be attached to the spindle?

I have personal experience with the 3 and 5 HP Perske spindles - they have shaft driven fans. Their fans blow less air than the Porter Cable 7518 router that I used for over a year.
