CNC Desk Design Challenge

Hey all, thought I'd make you all aware of a design challenge I am working on with SketchUp..

The idea is an "Open Maker Bench". I designed the base bench, and we want people to "hack the top" to make the bench useful for all kinds of different ways to make things.

The challenge is open to anyone. In May we're going to actually CNC mill the benches and display them at Maker Faire. All of the designs and milling files will be made freely available to anyone and we'll likely donate the desks that we make.

Knowing SketchUp is a plus, but we'll take submissions in any format and I can convert them to SketchUp for you.
