    I’ve tried direct to a USB port and to a hub. No luck

    What type of USB connection do you have on your controller, direct to the board with the USB cable or one of the short USB to Serial adapters? If you have the adapter, try a new one, as they occasionally go bad. Otherwise, contact SB HQ for further support.

    It’s a usb direct to the board.

    Time to contact Shopbot support…….let us know what the solution is……
