Default Does anyone have a cad file for the 48 x 48 base plywood

I have a shopbot that came into my life.

It has some water damage, (Actually laundry detergent that they were trying to use as a brass lubricant????), on the bottom layer of the mdf board, (the one that bolts to the cross members).

I have a piece of 3/4" 12 ply baltic birch that would like to use for the base layer.

    AND

Since the unit is up and running OK, but not quite as level or stable as I would like the boards to be.......

If anyone had a file I could use to cut the holes in the baltic birch using the shopbot, that seems like it would be a cool and easier way to do this?

    Thanks,
    Guy

i did it the old fashioned way and took it all apart and used the old one for a template.
I see there are some tech drawings in the manual. I may make up a file in case someone else wants one later.

there really is no file for that as the cross members can have different spacing. I just put the ply on the table and drilled up from underneath

Ok that makes sense I guess.

I took the old water damaged one off and used a transfer punch to put set the spots for the new plywood.

The table is much better now.

Today is surface and with any luck cut our first part!

    Wish me luck!
