0.5" border around FREEMILL output... (two borders with negative values)

Is anybody fixed this #!*&? about FREEMILL output file with shopbot post; from "Create Stock Model", I get 0.5" border (with two border being negative values from "zero point". If I minus (-0,5") the "Stock Model", it's the part that get 0,5" negative values from zero?!! Sorry no screen shot... can't upload more than -1 K image!!!!!

I am registered, and have no problems uploading 25kB 400x400 pixel .gif screen captures with the command \image{pic}.

Paco, I tried twice to show you that registered members can upload images. However, the ShopBot staff, deleted both my posts. I am sure that you would have had a better response to your question if you did manage to show that screen capture, but ShopBot Support thought otherwise.

May I respectfully suggest to "Support" that it would be lot better if they edited my posts rather than deleted them? (It is a lot easier too - just use the edit icon on the post, instead of going into the admininstration interface) In this way I would have known what you are unhappy about, instead me trying a second time, you deleting the second post as well, and then sending me a mail.

Hello support?! What's wrong?! Is this really an open discussion forum? Is it because I'm not registered (I'm waiting to present myself aside my Alpha!!!)? Should I be registered to upload? What this about deleting non offending post?!!

Yes, you must be registered to upload images. You can imagine the possibilities if anyone could post any image anonymously. We don't edit posts except at the request of the person posting. So if a post contains unnecessary material that doesn't further the subject of the thread, it may be deleted.
