Turbocad help

i am making a cabinet side 31inch high by 23.25 wide
on the top and bottom of the hight i need to put in 3 holes for conformat screws.
front and back hole 2 inch in and one in the centre
also need to put in shelf holes ( for fixed shelves)
another 3 holes same spacing. 16.25 from the bottom.
any idear how i do this in turbocad?
using version 10

Why not just do it in PartWizard?

to place things in turbo cad select the drawing object you want and hit shift/tab to put in the x and y coordinace
But you could also do it in part wizard
