Default Converting corel .CDR files directly to G-code

is there a program out there that will do direct convertions because I really need to have the arc code included and not a bunch of tiny straight lines to make my G-code.
my products I am cutting are only 3 inches squared and have curves that if competed would form cicules under a quarter inch in most cases and some even smaller
