    Default Wall Plaques using Aspire

Recently finished these wall plaques as gifts for family members.

The anniversary plaque is hard maple with walnut inlays. The hearts are one of the VectorArt3D clipart inclued with Aspire. They were machined from cherry and simply glued to the surface. The walnut inlays were easy using the auto inlay feature of Aspire.

The lighthouse plaque is carved from wormy maple and finished with shellac and glaze. The rope and lighthouse are from VectorArt3D and using Aspire I simply combined them and added the dish shape.

    Tim

I like the lighthouse. Thank you for showing. It gave me some ideas for a gift.
