Default 60x216 PRT Alpha For Sale in GA, extra routers

This PRT Alpha is part of a larger machine used to route duct chase holes in wood floor I-joist. This is 1 of 2 that were built. I ran 1 at my job and would occasionally work on this one for the company that has it. They are changing to a newer machine and looking to disassemble around the second week of June and sell the shopbot system.

The machine has a 70' roller rack that a pusher arm would move a 48' joist into the shopbot to process. The y axis was limited by the stop block to the 20" area needed for processing the joist. The clamps in the pictures and their mounts are bolted to the main frame of the shopbot and are easy to remove so you can put a spoil board on.

The Shopbot was built in September of 2003 as a 60x216 (5'x18' ,full size 6.5' deep by 20' long) and the electronics were upgraded in 2008. It has the 001003 v0.7 control board, ASD30A-A and ASD30A-B1 drivers with ASM98AA-T7.2 Steppers. It has 2 IO cards. This has the removable hardened v-rails (not the ground angle iron)

    The machine will include:

    The shopbot table

5 PDS Colombo RS90 spindles, 2 fresh rebuild, 2 needing to be rebuilt, 1 on the machine in current operation(unsure of hours)

    Delta VFD-B

Wall cabinet with electronics(not all breakers and contactors are included, they go with a conveyor system)

Drivers for x y and z will be included. (2 additional stay with pusher arm,see below)

    Rolling user computer cabinet.

Laptop can be included if needed.

I may be forgetting some things, please ask if your curious about something.

All the cables on the machine are very long to allow the control cabinet to be mounted on a wall behind the shopbot and have the rolling user cabinet in front. The VFD also has a remote control pad mounted on the side of the rolling cabinet.

The hardened v-rails look pretty good, have a couple small nicks. These machines were not required to have tight tolerances due to the use of the finished product, but should not take much time to get back tight.

It is currently still in operation if you would like to see it run or test. The machine is located in Duluth Ga.

They are looking for 17k on the machine and you are welcome to be there to disassemble or have it ready to pickup.

The 70' track, pusher arm, and drivers are for sale also.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional pictures.
    Robert
