I am having the dreaded comms error issue with my new desktop. I am working through the solutions sytematically, not really what I would expect considering the price of the purchase. One thing I have seen referred to is USB speed test and efficiency. What is the test run, is it an OS utility or one provided by Shopbot or 3rd party?
