Wedding Time Capsule
One of my co-worker asked me to design and make what he called a Wedding Time Capsule. The couple places a bottle of wine and letter each one had written to each other. At their 1st anniversary, they open the box, share the wine and read the letters they wrote about each other.
This box is Soft Maple and Walnut end pieces with the dished, entwined wedding rings and Walnut v-carve inlay in the Maple top. The inside bottom is Western Red Cedar.
