.063 aluminum CO letters topped with 6500 Tri-Phosphor white CCFL lamps with 200 housing receptacles another rare find these days

It's almost done

The finished job, and turned on.

From the router table I cut all the open face channel letter backs and cabinet faces and sides, also the pre cut holes for all the tube supports and fasteners so I can quickly align the letters to the cabinet.

The Blue Neon is called Elite BAM, which is a custom coated glass specific for this job, the orange is also a custom rare-earth coat. The white is Elite 65D, also a custom coated Tri-Phosphor lamp.

Some think the CCFL (Formerly Neon) lamp industry is dead, in fact, it's quite missed as I've had a big boom of it lately. It's just ashame not too many know how, everything seems to be relied on the quick and easy, like LED lighting, just peel and stick.
