Default Do I need a Regen Blower?

    Hello, All
I am looking a purchasing my first CNC router, it’s a used PRS ALPHA ( only 6 months old) at what I would say is a good price. However this machine comes with a 10 HP Regen Blower and I am thinking I may not end up using it.

But again from other tool purchases I have bought things that I did not think i need, but the one time I used them they were great to have.

If I don’t end up using the blower, then the price I am paying for the machine is not that much of a deal. So my question is this, have you found the vacuum has come in more useful then you expected?
And is there a market to sell this blower if I decide I don’t need it ?

If you are primarily cutting sheet goods (plywood, mdf, etc) you will use the blower all the time.

I used my Bot for 2 1/2 years until I was able to put a vac setup on my bed. That was a year ago ( last summer). I use the vac system all the time for almost everything. Sheet goods, solid wood, etc. I love it. A real game changer.

Mine is also a ten hp unit and my table is 48"x48". I wouldn't go back... Saves all sorts of time and much better results than clamps on sheet stock.
