Default How to stop the WARNING Sound

I was just wondering if there was a way to stop the Warning sound at the start of cutting?

I listen to the radio on the net so it is kinda noisey when it goes off plus I just hate it

    anyhelp would be greatly welcome.

    Rename this file; C:\Program Files\ShopBot\ShopBot 3\Media\SOUND7.WAV (to, say SOUND7_.WAV)

...keep it there; never know if you'll change your mind!

You could always unplug the speakers on your computer.....

    I work a PRT 96 via a Win.98 box,
running old fashioned v.229 ShopBot software.

Will the warning sound play thru regular plug-in extension speakers, using my older setup?

Since I don't have speakers on my bot computer I never knew it did make any sounds. Now I'm jealous-I not only want speakers but I really need it to play "Ride of the Valkyries" when jogging down the table.

What about 'In too deep' by Sum 41 when you get the Z- zero wrong?
The second line of which is "We're stopping and stalling."

    Dave R.,
Most computer boxes have tiny built-in speakers wot put out (dweeby) sounds,
so you should have heard tiny "deet-deet-deet" sounds emanating from SOMEwhere deep inside your 'box', no?

I miss that sound: nothing like a little audio backup to the flashing bar on the screen.
Anyway, speakers are going on MY box in just a few hrs. as soon as I get to work with them.

    Hey guys,

You can use the PLAY command to play any wav file you want within a part file. And there's a program named "WavLength" in your "C:\Program Files\ShopBot\Developer Tools" folder that helps you format the command that you can then paste into your Part file.
