    Default "Home-Made" Touch Probe

For those of you that may be interested, here is a website I recently discovered. Several of the links off of the main page detail the construction and setup of a DIY probe.

Unfortunately, I cannot give you a direct link. So, go to the main page at:

    http://www.industrialhobbies.com/

On the left side of the page, you will see an area labelled "How To."

Click on "Tips and How To..." A listing of projects will appear on the right side of the page - scroll down to "Touch Probe" and "Touch Probe 2."

Haven't built one yet myself but have started looking to scrounge the parts for one from the piles of junk lying around.

This probe seems to be similar to the ones offered for sale.
