All:
For some personal exercise, much needed with the many hours I spend at the desk, I bought a bicycle a few weeks ago. Also, having donated myself for some years to the local MS 150 mile bike ride, I thought I would have a go at it. After a couple of weeks of riding for the first time in something like 45 years I realized there was no way I would be in shape to make that ride in one month! I did, however, volunteer to be part of the support group helping participants who fall by the wayside on their way to the goal. Also, I have set up a donation page on the site.
The cause for a cure to MS has been elusive for a long time and there are very few of us who do not know someone with this crippling disease. It is a terrible thing to watch and of course, even worse to experience.
With your permission, I would like to ask you guys to chip in to this effort by clicking on the link below and making a donation to this very worthy cause. Besides my own donation of time and money to this I have made another pledge should my modest goal be reached: The moment I reach my goal I have made the decision to give up a nasty habit that has been near and dear to me for a very long time. Those of you who know me well know what it is. Some can guess. This makes your donation helpful both to me personally as well as the thousands who suffer every day.

The amount you give is not important. Giving with your heart is.
Thanks in advance to all who help.
