Default How hard is a simple dado???

How do I go about drawing a dado for most efficient cutting? It is not looking very efficient:

The help file in PartWorks is excellent - you can find the dogbone option under the filet tool. First, draw a rectangle, then add the dogbone.

Most dados are done with a rectangle and a pocket toolpath. Make it at least 1X bit diameter longer than it needs to be past the edge (1/2 bit dia per side) if you want to carry the dado from edge to edge on a panel.
